Have a mid-week treat!
A lot of us live for the weekends
where we get to meet friends and family, and spend time together. But why limit

Mini Meditation
Find a quiet spot, (the bathroom if
conducive), and find a fixed but relaxed position. Set your phone timer for a minute.
Close your eyes and allow your mind to settle into your breathing. Boroson
talks about how clearing your mind can help you feel calmer especially on
Mondays where we may not have time to relax.
Try these out and let us know how that worked for you. Wish
you a happier Monday!
